Walk-up is whatever is still on the table. Reserved boxes are packed with your name on them — two hours to pack, not more than a day in a fridge. Morning pickup from 10, last call 7. Prices are the chalkboard. The harvest list is for boxes — this board is what's actually out at the stand.
We do not ship. Flavor and turgor die in a box on a truck, and the diesel is not worth it for a ½ bushel.

About delivery
We've had people ask, and we're looking at it. For now the box stays at the stand — it already had a commute this morning, from field to stand. If a drop would actually change whether you order, mention it when you pick up. That's how we'll know.

Hey — we're Dale, Bonnie, and the kids. Small homestead crew in Elkhorn / Lafayette, not a fancy operation. We farmstead, we homeschool, and we try to work with nature instead of against it. Quail, sheep, goats, chickens, turkeys, pigs, rabbits — basically a barnyard circus — plus the market garden.
Our real passion is this lifestyle, and teaching it. We give more than we take, from the soil on up. No sprays. No commercial fertilizers. Absolutely no synthetics. Just healthy soil, livestock in the loop, and daily harvests. Grown the regenerative way.
The animals aren't decoration. We move them so a paddock eats, rests, and comes back, and we hay our own fields to feed them. Grass leaves, comes home as hay, goes through an animal, and returns as life in the dirt. Compost here isn't fertilizer — it's a spark for the biology already in the soil. When a bed is empty we cover it. We rotate families. Healthy soil grows a plant that can take care of itself.
Community is a big deal for us. Come grab some food. Stay for the conversation. If you want to know what we do and why, ask. We'll talk. The field notes are there when a row actually taught us something.
