How you join
Around here a CSA half share is six or seven hundred dollars before the first tomato. That is useful capital for some farms. It is a steep door for most families. We would rather you eat.
So there is no portal, and no $900 in January. You put your name, phone, and email here. You come to the stand and pay — Venmo, cash, or card(Venmo @dalesquailsacres). We write you down. That is the membership. Friday the list goes to that inbox. Saturday it goes on the board.

2. Pay at the stand
Nothing is charged on this site. Until we see you, it's a hold — not a bill.
3. We email you Friday
The harvest list, a day before the public board. First claim on the boxes that run thin. Saturday morning the rest of the county sees the same list.
Nobody has to be a member to eat here. Walk up, take what's on the shelf. Members just hear about it first.
